Mary is our Office Manager and is responsible for all of the daily administrative functions including medical billing, accounting, and scheduling. She is frequently the first person who will contact you to make an appointment
and is generally the best person to contact with questions about insurance, first visits, and other logistical issues. Mary also provides support and assistance to Dr. Bartels and the other clinicians wherever and whenever
needed.
